Your workspace¶
Your Kenaptic workspace is where your whole team connects sources, reviews proposed links, and tracks impact. This page covers signing in and finding your way around.
Signing in¶
Kenaptic uses a secure sign-in with two-factor authentication (2FA). The first time you sign in, you'll be asked to set up an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy). After that, each sign-in asks for your password and a six-digit code from that app.
Seats are unlimited
Invite your whole documentation, support, and web team. Kenaptic is priced on the size of the content estate you keep connected — not on the number of people reviewing it. More reviewers means a healthier estate, so bring everyone in.
The layout¶
The app is organised into three groups in the left-hand menu, which follow the natural order of work:

You'll spend most of your first week in Discover (connecting sources and letting Kenaptic map them) and Connect (reviewing and publishing links). Monitor becomes your home once links are live.
The overview dashboard¶
The Overview page is your landing spot. It summarises the health of your estate — how much content is connected, how many links are live, what's new since last time, and anything that needs your attention. Use it as your daily starting point.

Working in more than one workspace¶
If you belong to several workspaces, Switch workspace appears at the foot of the sidebar with all of them listed; the one you are in is marked and is not a link. Each workspace is a separate estate with its own crawl, its own proposals and its own database — switching moves you between them, it does not merge them.
If you only belong to one, the control is hidden, because there is nowhere to switch to.
