Discover your estate¶
The Discover group is where you understand what content you have and how it connects. These pages fill in as soon as your first source is connected.
Overview¶
Your daily starting point. The Overview dashboard summarises the health of your estate:
- How much of your content is connected and cross-linked.
- What's new since you last looked.
- What needs your attention — a review queue building up, a source that's gone quiet, a contradiction to reconcile.
- A sense of your progress over time, so you can see the estate getting healthier.
Think of it as the pulse of your content. If you only open one page a day, make it this one.
Domains¶
Domains is where your sources live. Each row is one connected source — a docs site, knowledge base, blog, or forum — with its role (an estate you own, or a third-party link destination) and its current status.
From here you can:
- Add a new source.
- Review how each source is being treated.
- See at a glance which sources Kenaptic can write to and which it only links to.

Documents¶
Documents is the full, searchable list of every page Kenaptic knows about across all your sources. Use it to:
- Search and filter by source to find a specific page.
- Check coverage — confirm the pages you expected Kenaptic to read are actually there.

Spot orphans and siloed pages — the Overview splits your estate three ways: orphaned (nothing links here at all), siloed (linked, but only from inside its own bucket) and cross-linked (already reachable from elsewhere). The distinction matters because the fix differs: an orphan needs a link written into it, while a siloed page needs one from a different bucket. Siloed is normally the biggest group and the one cross-links address.
These counts read your own links as well as Kenaptic's, so they describe your estate rather than our coverage of it. Until a crawl has captured them the Overview says not measured rather than showing a number it cannot stand behind.
Knowledge Graph¶
The Knowledge Graph turns your estate into a picture. Pages appear as points; the meaningful relationships between them appear as connections. Clusters of well-connected content stand out — and so do the sparse, isolated corners that need attention.
It's the fastest way to see the shape of your content: where the strong hubs are, where two silos that should be linked aren't, and how much richer the map becomes as you approve more links.
