Link Performance shows how the cross-links you've published are actually being used — which links get clicked, and where they lead readers. That tells you which connections are genuinely helping people find their next answer, and which topics are hungriest for more links.

It's the difference between "we added 300 links" and "these links are sending readers from the docs to the exact forum threads that solve their problem."

Analytics

Analytics zooms out to trends over time: how your estate's connectedness, activity, and reach are changing as you work the review loop. Use it to see momentum — the estate getting steadily healthier — and to spot when something needs attention.

Reports

Reports turns all of this into shareable summaries you can hand to stakeholders. Instead of screenshotting dashboards, you get a clean, periodic summary of what Kenaptic has done and the difference it's making — useful for the people who approved the budget and want to see the return.

Audit

Audit is the complete record of activity and decisions: who approved which link, when content was published or retracted, and what changed. It exists for two reasons:

  • Peace of mind — you can always answer "why is this link here?" with a precise history.
  • Compliance — the trail is there when you, your legal team, or a customer's process needs it.
